Include the useful context.

• The source and destination tools or formats.
• The types and approximate number of records.
• Important relationships, history and attachments.
• Known duplicates, missing values or previous import failures.
• The access owner, deadline and whether records are still changing.

Use fictional field names or a description initially. Do not send database backups, customer exports, private records or credentials through the public inquiry.
